Big Announcement - We are Debt Free!

We have some exciting and significant news to share with you today.... InterUrban ArtHouse is now officially debt free! After successfully purchasing the building outright in 2018, we took out a construction loan of $225,000 to help build out the interior studios, gallery space and upgrade the HV/AC. Thanks to our careful stewardship and diligent management of our finances over the years, we are thrilled to announce that we have fully paid off our debt!

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support throughout this journey; we truly couldn't have achieved this milestone without you!

Up Next: Our outdoor improvement projects began in 2022, fueled by the Lowe's hometown grant ($100,000), allowing us to update and refresh our exterior space by removing the surrounding fencing, expand the green spaces, and adding a stormwater retention garden. Additionally, we resurfaced our parking lot, created a stunning 200+ ft community mural, and paved the way for the upcoming shade structure (pictured above) which will make improved outdoor performances possible. In 2025, we will complete the entire outdoor project with the resurfacing of the aging North and East Lots. This $300,000 improvement project is now 80% funded, with only $20K needed to finalize the shade structure (to be completed by October) and an additional $40,000 required to resurface the remaining lots in 2025.
