We are hosting a panel discussion surrounding mental health and how it impacts the male community. Led by local mental health experts, panelists will answer audience questions and address topics relevant to participants.

This event is an opportunity to reduce stigmas related to mental health, especially for men.
Men and women are both up against mental health challenges, but it seems that in our culture, it is even more difficult for men to acknowledge and care about their mental health

Men need to know that their mental health impacts all aspects of their lives, including their physical wellness, job performance, ability to connect with others, etc.  Men NEED to know that it is okay to get help and support to figure out how to maintain good mental health.

This discussion is for everyone regardless of gender.
