On hand will be representatives from InterUrban ArtHouse and Johnson County Developmental Supports.
Our special guest, Brooke Burns, joins us from the Arthritis Foundation to discuss their annual fundraiser, Art for Arthritis.
If you have worked with as an artist with nonprofit organizations to raise awareness or to assist in fundraising, please bring the details of your recommended organization as well as detailed contact information, websites etc.
We will also touch on the art of "smart giving" and how to budget your time, artwork and resources so you can give to the level that is most comfortable for you AND a tax specialist will available to answer any questions you may have about how you may be able to best benefit from your charitable giving and volunteerism.
