In Celebration of our 12x12 Exhibition, ArtHouse studio artist, Kathy Malone, will lead a workshop on creating your very own 12 inch, wood and paper collage mandala.
In the workshop, you will create a self-celebration mandala. We will start with a guided visualization, and then a short explanation about mandalas and their meaning. We will have time to design and create a mandala design using wooden lazy susans, various decorative papers. and cutting tools. (Feel free to bring any special images or papers you would like to include). You then have the option to stay and resin your pieces, or leave it and the instructor will do it for you.
