Bruce Branit has always been a filmmaker and storyteller. He picked up computer graphics as a way to tell stories and that has led to a long and successful career in visual effects and five Emmy nominations for shows such as Star Trek: Voyager, Breaking Bad, Lost, and Fringe – all from here in Kansas City. But Bruce’s work to make his own films is the constant through-line. He has won regional awards and is currently pitching projects he has developed here and in LA and looking for partners and financing. http://www.branit.com/ & Lisa Marie Evans’ work varies in form from feature length documentary films to short animation and public art installation.
