Join the Shawnee Mission East art students for their “PS, I Love You” exhibition reception at the Antioch Library!
The purpose of National Arts Honor Society (NAHS) is to recognize high school students who have shown outstanding ability in art; to foster excellence and a dedicated spirit to the pursuit of art; and to bring art to the attention of the school and community. The works on display feature young artists working in a variety of mediums and messages from Shawnee Mission East High School.
Exhibition Runs: Saturday, January 9, 2016 to Sunday, May 15, 2016
January 2016 through May 2016, InterUrban ArtHouse has partnered with Johnson County Library (JCL) to curate art exhibitions at 6 different library locations across Johnson County. JCL runs their Art in the Stacks program with exhibitions displaying works from local and regional artists, and IUAH is proud to connect partner organizations, arts groups and community project with the library system to share unique local art throughout the county.
Exhibitions are in place until the end of May. Drop by your nearest library location and enjoy some wonderful art by IUAH friends, artists and partners!
